Positive: Nice quiet neighborhood.
Negative: It was very warm, there was a wall air conditioner in one bedroom that worked ok the first night and completely quit cooling the second night. The apartment temp ranged between 77-82, a little warm. The only thing the air conditioning cooled was the one bedroom.
