Property needs a deep cleaning Positive: There was plenty of space and we had easy access to the property. The host responded quickly when we asked for the wifi password. Negative: This property needs a deep cleaning. The kitchen was not clean. There were lots of crumbs on the table and chairs. The front of the microwave was sticky and a metal pot in the cabinet had burned on food. One light bulb was burned out of kitchen fixture and and the smoke detector in the middle bedroom needed a battery and was chirping. I brought gloves and clorox wipes to wipe down the kitchen. I also borrowed a sharp knife , clean metal sauce pan and a few other items from my Father in Law who lives locally. The only knives I could find were butter knives. We pre paid for 3 nights but only stayed 2 nights. We've used booking.com for stays in Europe, and were thrilled with other properties having the rating of 9.0 and up. This property did not meet our expectations.

Positive: Nice quiet neighborhood. Negative: It was very warm, there was a wall air conditioner in one bedroom that worked ok the first night and completely quit cooling the second night. The apartment temp ranged between 77-82, a little warm. The only thing the air conditioning cooled was the one bedroom.
