Perfect Place

Great location, very nice property. Clean, except the pots and pans. We had to scrub them before we could use them. No spices there as well, if you plan to cook there bring your own spices

Positive: Very clean and quiet

Positive: Plenty of space, quiet and convenient location. Beds were comfortable and each room had its own air conditioner. Owner was prompt to respond to emails. Negative: Smaller outdated kitchen, no working smoke alarms upstairs, stair railings were very loose, limited toiletries, couches were uncomfortable and looked stained.

We always love coming to Grand Forks, and the property was a great value Positive: Lots of privacy with two living rooms and two bedrooms on separate floors and liked having two bathrooms Negative: Parking

Appreciated the great communication with the host! Very responsive and helpful! Positive: The bed was comfortable and it it was very quiet neighborhood. It was a 4 plex but didn’t hear the anointing neighbors either. We liked having an upstairs bedroom and bath and a downstairs bedroom and bath. Negative: The apartment could use some touch ups to walls. The couch downstairs had stains on it and had a bit of a must smell.
